Pengrowth believes that health and
safety are of paramount importance and is committed to
conducting its business in a way that protects the
health and safety of its team members and others
involved in or affected by Pengrowth’s operations,
including contractors and the general public.
Pengrowth’s policy:

Employees at all levels
are responsible and accountable for the company’s
overall safety initiatives. These responsibilities
are clearly identified within the Pengrowth Safety
Program.

Strive to prevent all
accidents, injuries and occupational illness through
the active participation of all employees and
through continuous efforts to improve the management
of health and safety risks associated with its
operations.

Management ensures that health and safety
standards and legal requirements are met through the
provision of adequate facilities, equipment,
maintenance, procedures, training and management
systems.

All contractors, sales associates, visitors and
suppliers to be responsible and accountable for
their safety performance. These responsibilities are
clearly identified within the Pengrowth Safety
Program.

Management will communicate with employees,
governments and with all others involved in or
affected by Pengrowth’s operations, including
contractors and the general public, in a timely
fashion on the health and safety aspects of the
company’s operations and products.

Complete evaluations and performance
measurements of our operations to ensure compliance
with our Health and Safety Policy and applicable
government regulations.

Through constant effort by everyone we can
achieve an incident free workplace.
