schedules, for your farm-in consideration. The information
provided herein is offered publicly and accordingly is not
exclusive. Pengrowth reserves the right to decline any offer
received and makes no warranty with respect to title of the
lands or rights held. All lands are subject to internal
review and all transactions pertaining to the lands will be
subject to management approval. Pengrowth lands within the
following areas are offered for your consideration. We will
welcome your written proposals to farm-in. Within each area
listed below you will find a general description of the
lands and rights offered, a plat showing the available land,
and an unverified land schedule. Please contact the Land
